Who we are
This website is operated by Banana Bread Shop (“we,” “us”), a bakery in Hackettstown, New Jersey. This policy covers this website only.
Information we collect
This site has no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. When you place a catering order or send a wholesale inquiry, we receive what you enter: usually your name, phone number, email address, business name, delivery address, the items you want and any notes, such as allergies.
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam. Turnstile checks your browser to tell people from bots and is covered by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information

We don’t take card details on this website. If you pay by a link we send, the payment is handled by our payment processor under its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support the shop, such as email, hosting and payment providers, and when required by law.

Orders and inquiries are kept as long as needed to fill them and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
